The FFlatProoFF Tires Beginnings
The story of Good Year started in 1898, while that of FFlatProoFF started in 2013. All these years had passed and tires still had one huge shortcoming! They had the potential to go flat, and in the process cost human lives!
In 2013, Dr. Daniel Davidson set-out to change that once and for all.
In a time that we are talking about flying cars, why should we suffer from flat tires? No More Flat Tires, he thought to himself, it is time to change that once and for all!
With that vision, much like Charles Goodyear and others who have made transformative innovations in the technological advancement of Transportation Industry, particularly the Tire Industry, Dr. Daniel Davidson set out to introduce transformative innovations that would addres various problems in these industries.
In 2013 he made the first sketches of the FFLATFREE & FFLATPROOFF TIRES and initiated the process of patenting these innovative ideas. Hence, FFLATPROOFF & FFLATFREE tires were born!

FFLATPROOFF COMPANY'S BIRTH
In the year 1898, Mr. Frank Seiberling borrowed $3,500 from his brother-in-law Lucius Miles for the down payment that he needed to buy an abandoned strawboard factory on the banks of the Little Cuyahoga River in Akron, Ohio, to found The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He arranged to pay the remainder in four yearly installments of $2,500. Mr. Seiberling eventually chose the Goodyear name for his company and Good Year Wingfoot as a Trade Mark brand, inspired by the winged foot of the Roman God, Mercury.
It took over 125 years for FFLATPROOFF COMPANY to be formed in Los Angeles, California, United States, and to licnese the FFLATPROOFF intellectual properties to start its operations.
The World's Largest Tire Company
On a summer day, on August 29, 1898, Frank Seiberring incorporated the Good Year Tire and Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio. He chose the capital stock offering of $100,000.00.
Initially 13 employees were hired. They started by manufacturing bicycle tires. Goodyear started as a manufacturer of bicycle tires, horseless carriage tires, horseshoe pads and as time went on, it moved into the advancing automobile tires, in addition to many other rubberized parts. Years later, the company developed and started manufacturing the first tubeless tires. Since then, the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company is stil one of the top tire companies in the world and continues to grow each year. Goodyear must give credit to Charles Goodyear who was a great chemist and engineer.
Although Charles Goodyear died 30 years before Good Year Company was established, his experiements with natural rubber changed American history, and that of the world.
As amazing and inspiring the history of the Good Year Company, which is the largest automotive tire manufacturer in the United States is, it is not the world’s largest automotive tire company. Michelin is the world’s largest transportation tire maker. However, one interesting fact beyond Michelin and Goodyear being the world and the United States’ biggest tire manufacturers resepctively, is that LEGO is the company that makes millions more tires than Michelin, Bridgestone, or Good Year or any other tire manufacturer in the world. Yes, LEGO. The Danish toy maker which is about 90 years old, is far and away the world’s larget tire maker. In fact, LEGO makes over 100 million more tires per year than the second place manufacturer, Michelin.
Meet the inventor of FFLATPROOFFF & FFLATFREE TIRES, Dr. DANIEL DAVIDSON:
Dr. Davidson is a business engineer and an executive administrator, who over the last 30 years of his career in the fields of science, medicine, business, teaching, writing as an author, among others, has always lived by one motto, “Constant & Never-Ending Improvement”. He calls himself a life-long student. An individual who is perpetually committed to learning, growing, helping others, and sharing that which he knows with his students. This, in fact, has exactly been what he has done throughout his adult life.
Although Dr. Davidson’s official journey in the business world began in parallel to his aggressive pursuit of self-help education, in the 1990s, according to him, his passion for entrepreneurship became apparent to his family when he was only four years old. At that very young tender age, he regularly bartered his lunch or other belongings for his classmates’ school supplies or any belongings they had which he was most interested in. This passion apparently continued throughout his life, and grew with the passage of each year, as he continued to remain actively entrepreneurial. He remained in private business, in the healthcare field, and created a prominent healthcare business. He pursued his MBA in 2004 from a prestigious university & continued his education in the field of business and eventually law. In 2006 he authored seven books, in the self-help-business category which received official library of congress numbers. His passion for knowledge, his commitment to professional success and his strong work ethic led to his pursuit of advanced post-graduate education to achieve his highest professional potential. With a passion for building businesses, growing them, and helping them succeed, Dr. Davidson has dedicated his career to doing what he does today. In an old interview, after he had retired from his private business and dedicated himself to business consulting fulltime, he said, “I could not have imagined in my wildest dreams to be as excited and fulfilled about my career as I am today. I just can’t tell you in words how much I love what I do. I am truly doing what I was put on this earth to do. To build businesses, to optimize them, to teach self-help and entrepreneurship, and to participate in charitable services, helping the world! How can I ask for anything more. I loved practicing medicine and surgery and still do, and I was really good at it, but I feel that it was my first mountain in my life, which ended in 2012. It was a very difficult struggle to figure out what was going on in my head, I loved medicine and surgery, but I knew something was missing, and that was a problem. I was in heaven when I was handling the business side of my business and when I was helping others in their business. That made me want to do more of it, but I loved medicine and surgery too. I love doing that as a service to humanity, of course, but my second mountain, the thing I was truly above all put on this earth to do and for the benefit of the world, and I truly enjoy, is to do exactly what I am doing. I just can’t be more thankful that I have been blessed enough to have the opportunity to make such a difference in so many lives, doing what I am doing. I am so passionate about my profession; I truly feel blessed and thankful beyond words!” Dr. Davidson’s profession is, as he summarized, a combination of business engineering, optimization, teaching, authorship, and participating in charitable services. Dr. DAVIDSON’S EDUCATION & WORK HISTORY:
Doctor Daniel Davidson can be described as a man with unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Throughout his life, he has remained committed to learning and knowing. This desire to learn, his quest for constant improvement in his situations, and his desire to achieve excellence in his outcomes, no matter what endeavor he is in pursuit of, have been the cornerstones of his professional career throughout his entire life. Dr. Davidson graduated from Canoga Park High School, a suburb of Los Angeles, in the state of California in the United States. Since he was a child, he was always passionate about pursuing medicine as a profession, but also loved entrepreneurship since childhood, so he ultimately decided to pursue both as a profession. Throughout his younger life he was always a good student but also had almost always had a part-time job just to remain active in the business environment. This trend continued throughout his educational career in college and medical school. Doctor Davidson eventually received a bachelor’s degree (BSc) and a doctorate degree in medicine (MD), as well as a doctorate degree in naturopathy (ND). Later, he pursued specialization training in general surgery followed by laser surgery and cosmetic surgery. He practiced general cosmetic surgery of face, nose, breast, body, and liposuction in Beverly Hills for almost 15 years. During this time as he continued to actively be involved in the business environment, both as a private business owner and as a coach and consultant, he was able to build a prominent cosmetic surgery practice in Los Angeles. As he approached his late thirties, he found himself struggling with the difficulty of the choice between the pursuit of his true passion, which is what he does now, or giving in to the fear, continuing to stay committed to his success without pursuing his passion and without accepting the risks of this choice and the losses that it could bring about. It was a painful mental conflict and years of mental anguish took its toll. Doctor Davidson pursued his passion, and studied business administration at the University of California in Irvine (UCI), and a nationally recognized university business school where he received his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Following this success and his graduation, he continued on to two years of active additional training in corporate entrepreneurship, and executive corporate business administration, following which he received a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) through an online university and a year later, a PhD in marketing. Doctor Davidson being passionate about education continued his education by attending law school, but after almost two years of study of law, he realized that he had no interest in practicing law professionally and he did not wish to pursue license for the practice of law. Doctor Daniel Davidson has been a committed student of psychology, self-help science, psychiatry, and hypnotherapy since the mid-1980’s. In his teachings, he combines all the above education with all his personal experiences throughout his life to provide his students with a deep understanding of the subject matter that he is attempting to communicate. While Dr. Davidson has been almost a lifelong entrepreneur and involved in the business world actively for over 30 years, he has been practicing business engineering and optimization consulting on a full-time basis since 2012.
